The Free Shippping offer is valid only when the UPS Ground shipping option is selected and for order must be within the continental US. If you are outside this area contact us and we'll work with you on an individual basis. Gas Canister Shipping We Do Campstoves is temporarily suspending all shipments of gas canisters due to changes in how the shipping comanies are treating shipments of gas canisters. These changes are industry wide and are affecting even the largest ecommerce outdoor equipments dealers. We Do Campstoves regrets this situation and hopes that in the future these shipping rules will change. We hope to post additional information as it become available on this subject. Please call or write if you have any questions. International Shipping We Do Campstoves will ship product internationally using USPS (United State Postal Service) International Priority Mail Service. This shipping service requires a signature upson receipt of the goods to confirm that the items have been received. Contact us here at We Do Campstoves for an International shipping quote. The quote will depend on the items ordered (the weight) and the size of the shipping container. This type of purchase will require upfront payment via Credit Card for both the product and the shipping fees. The payment will need to clear the bank before the product can be released (delivered to the Post Office for shipment). Sorry, there can be no shipment of gas containers overseas. Return Policy WeDoCampstoves understands that sometimes, the campstoves and accessories ordered might not be the perfect fit for you. If this is the case, our products may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. Product packaging must be intact and as must remain as new. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the returned item, a refund will be issued for the full amount of the goods. Its that simple! Backorder Policy WeDoCampstoves normally carries a supply of all of the items that are shown on the WeDoCampstoves website. High demand for these products may cause temporary depletion of our stock and we may not be able to make immediate shipment. If this were to happen, we will notify you of the delay along with the expected delivery date as new stock is always on arrival. If this is not acceptable, you may cancel your order and a full refund will be issued.
Shipping Rates and Procedures Items are shipped in their original factory packaging, and then placed in a protective shipping container to be delivered safely to your home. We guarantee safe shipping! We combine items to save on shipping fees. WeDoCampstoves ships all U.S bound package orders via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service. Rates are based on current UPS and USPS rates, your zip code, and the weight of the product.
Warranty / Guarantee Statement WeDoCampstoves warrants and guarantees that our products are, during normal use, free from defects in material and workmanship. If this product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, contact the Manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Damaged Goods Policy WeDoCampstoves will do everything possible to ensure that your items are delivered in perfect shape and quality as when they were made at the factory. Packing will never be in question as the items are in their sealed containers from the factory and will be placed in shipping containers.
